Eating disorders such as bulimia, anorexia, and E.D.N.O.S (Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified) are not only a response to the thin is in pressure of the media. They are also connected to mental health issues such as stress, family conflict, anxiety, or a general feeling of loss of control. � Some early signs that you or a loved one may be suffering from an eating disorder are: lying about food, obsessing over size, binging and purging, and excessive weight loss. If you have doubts, be sure to seek out your primary physician and get a referral to a psychiatrist.
