Serene Stamina Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce dried gotu kola (an herb used in Indian, Chinese and Indonesian medicine; available in natural products stores and online)

    1 ounce dried cramp bark (an herb native to Europe and Eastern U.S.; available in natural products stores and online)

    1 ounce dried hawthorn (available in natural products stores and online)

    16 ounces boiling water

PREPARATION

  • Mix dry ingredients. Place 1/2 to 1 cup in a teapot, add boiling water. Let steep.

    Dosage: 1 cup of tea, 1 to 3 times daily.
